The foundation of America is woven by country small towns, filled with farmers, ranchers and different hard-working Americans who often get little fanfare. This fall, Polaris rolled its one-millionth Polaris RANGER utility side-by-side vehicle off the construction line in its Huntsville, AL manufacturing facility. To commemorate this significant milestone, Polaris is kicking-off the hunt for “Polaris RANGER Country USA” with country music player Jake Owen. The national campaign is intended to celebrate the alliances that have helped it reach one-million vehicles built over almost two decades and become the best-selling UTV for sale for nine years running.
“We take exceptional pride in manufacturing hard-working goods, for hard-working Americans,” declared Craig Scanlon, Chief Marketing Officer of Polaris. “As we mark the one-millionth Polaris RANGER milestone, these are the personalities that deserve to be acknowledged, because without them, there’s no way this feat is possible.”
The winning borough will receive a “Polaris RANGER Country USA” naming ceremony hosted by Polaris, and an undisclosed contribution. Plus, everyone who casts their choice as a member of the “Polaris RANGER Country USA” campaign is automatically registered for the chance to win an all-new 2018 Polaris RANGER XP 1000.
“I’ve been lucky enough to tour the country, meeting the hard-working Americans who make up these little towns,” said Owen. “Growing up in a small-town myself, these are my people, and to be a member of an initiative recognizing them is unbelievable.”
Since its inception in 1998, Polaris RANGER has continuously set the example for utility side-by-side vehicles with its industry-leading abilities. With over one-hundred owner-inspired enhancements, the all-new Polaris RANGER 1000 XP represents the conclusion of nearly two decades of reform.
