Watch a video of the 30-ton Venom log splitter in action.
After rigorous testing and development, the 30-ton Venom log splitter is finally here, the T30 is our MK4 version and emphasises significant performance improvements over the 2016 model.
Ideal for both expert and heavy domestic use, this machine is high-speed and efficient!
With its two-handled, one-person operation, 30 tons of force is produced and dispatched in a 4-second splitting cycle.
This machine adheres to all current UK and European Safety Legislation.
Rather than hydraulics, the Venom log splitter for sale uses kinetic energy. The unparalleled kinetic power system consists of counterpart flywheels and a rack and pinion arrangement, this is the source of the power and the speed that gives the Venom Rapide one of the fastest log splitters available in the world.
The two huge flywheels generate kinetic energy and their spinning weight is a force multiplier, gathering energy generated by the Briggs and Stratton engine, then releasing it in a sudden burst. You can pick the split logs up quickly from the extra-large built-in steel work table.
With its super effective 6.5 HP Briggs and Stratton RX950 Professional OHV motor you’ll be splitting all day with the peace of mind granted by the up to 2 year Briggs and Stratton warranty!

I purchased this device a couple of months ago ready for the post season logging frenzy. I had it out and place a few logs through it to comprehend how it went on; and more to the point to understand how I would go on with the machine, all seemed excellent. Then came the first big day which we would have to cut 4 big loads on the compact tractor tipping trailer. For many years I had used the Hydra-crack log splitter which had assisted me very well and I was hoping the new Venom log splitter was going to be worth the cash. As it happens it was well deserving of the money for 2 excellent reasons; 1 it was even quicker than the Hydra-crack and so much more comfortable on the back. We had a mixed load of timber, oak, ash, hawthorn, cherry and sycamore; all were split without any being put on the "to be chainsawed" pile. There was 1 little issue with the rack not returning, but that was down to user fault and not greasing a bearing. Thanks, for the over the phone advice. This machine gets 10 out of 10 from me and I am looking forward to splitting the next loads.
